YFMF Terms of Service.

By purchasing a ticket and attending any dating event hosted by Your Friend, My Friend, including but not limited to Speed Dating nights and large singles events, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the responsibilities of both participants and the event organisers to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Assumption of Risk: By attending any of our dating events, participants acknowledge that participation is voluntary and may involve certain risks, including but not limited to personal interactions with other attendees. Your Friend, My Friend is not responsible for any actions, incidents, or disputes arising during or after the event, including any physical, emotional, or financial harm.

Waiver of Liability: Your Friend, My Friend, its employees, organisers, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, damages, or losses sustained during or after the event. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to physical injury, emotional distress, or financial loss. By attending, you waive any and all claims against Your Friend, My Friend for any injury, harm, or loss you may experience.

Ticketed Events: All events hosted by Your Friend, My Friend are ticketed and open to the public. Tickets are available for purchase on our official platforms and third-party ticketing services. Entry to the event is only permitted to individuals with valid tickets. Your Friend, My Friend reserves the right to deny entry to anyone without a valid ticket or who violates the event’s code of conduct.

Age Verification: We make reasonable efforts to screen attendees for age appropriateness for our events (depending on the event). However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the ages provided by attendees. Your Friend, My Friend is not responsible for any discrepancies related to age information. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the minimum and maximum age requirement for the event they are attending.

No Background Checks: Your Friend, My Friend does not conduct background checks, screenings, or identity verifications of event attendees. Participants are advised to exercise caution and judgement when interacting with other attendees both during and after the event. Your Friend, My Friend is not responsible for any interactions, relationships, or outcomes that result from the event.

Personal Information and Contact Details: The sharing of personal information, including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, or social media details, is at the discretion of each participant. Your Friend, My Friend does not take responsibility for the distribution or misuse of contact information shared between attendees. Participants are solely responsible for their decision to share personal information with others.

Behaviour, Conduct & Safety: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during our events. Your Friend, My Friend reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without a refund if they engage in inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe behaviour.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for making any attendee feel uncomfortable. Harassment, discrimination, or any illegal activity will not be tolerated.

Your Friend, My Friend reserves the right to take any necessary steps to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees and the wider community. This includes, but is not limited to, banning individuals from attending future events if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or in violation of our policies.

No Guarantee of Matches or Success: Your Friend, My Friend organises events to facilitate introductions between singles, but we make no guarantees of compatibility, future relationships, or successful matches. The outcome of your interactions at our events is entirely based on your own choices and actions. Your Friend, My Friend is not liable for any dissatisfaction regarding the results of the event.

Photography and Media Release: By attending any event, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. Your Friend, My Friend reserves the right to use any such media in future marketing or promotional materials without compensation to attendees. If you do not wish to be included in any media, it is your responsibility to inform the event organisers.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. In the event of any disputes arising from participation in any event, attendees agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Acknowledgement and Agreement: By purchasing a ticket and attending a Your Friend, My Friend event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. You also agree to release Your Friend, My Friend from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise from your participation in the event.

Singles Run Club Terms of Service

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Singles Run Club hosted by Your Friend, My Friend, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants while outlining important legal obligations.

1. Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that participation in the Singles Run Club involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risks of injury, accidents, or other physical harm. By purchasing a ticket and participating in the event, participants voluntarily assume full responsibility for these risks and any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur.

2. Waiver of Liability
Your Friend, My Friend, including its employees, organisers, and volunteers, will not be held liable for any personal injuries, accidents, illnesses, or other damages that may occur during the event. By participating, you waive any claims against Your Friend, My Friend for any injury, illness, or damages arising from your involvement in the Singles Run Club.

3. Medical Conditions and Fitness
By purchasing a ticket, participants confirm that they are in good physical condition and free from any medical conditions that could prevent safe participation in the Singles Run Club. It is solely the responsibility of the participant to consult with a healthcare professional if they have any concerns regarding their physical fitness for this event. Your Friend, My Friend is not responsible for any pre-existing health conditions or injuries that may worsen during the event.

4. Personal Insurance
Participants are responsible for having their own personal health and accident insurance. Your Friend, My Friend does not provide insurance cover for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may arise during participation in the Singles Run Club. You are encouraged to ensure you have adequate personal insurance before participating.

5. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Friend, My Friend, its employees, organisers, and volunteers from any claims, actions, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise out of their participation in the Singles Run Club or any actions taken during the event.

6. Safety and Responsibility
Your safety is a priority, but participants are expected to take responsibility for their own safety. You agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by event organisers. Failure to adhere to safety rules may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Acknowledgement and Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Singles Run Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
